PRO² Pipe Machine

The PRO² is a cutting-edge industrial machine engineered for the production of a wide range of concrete pipes and products. This machine allows you to manufacture reinforced and non-reinforced pipes, round pipes, pre-bed pipes, box culverts and special products (grade rings, cones, etc.) ensuring utmost flexibility and precision.

PRO² can perform double production of pipes with a diameter of 200 mm to 600 mm and single production of pipes with a diameter of 700 mm to 1200 mm with a maximum height of 2500 mm.

Another strength of this machine is undoubtedly its high productivity, which is reflected in the fully automated production cycle that takes between 3 and 6 minutes depending on the size of the product. With a precise and efficient concrete feeding system, the PRO² is capable of distributing material evenly.

What’s more, the add-on options available, such as hydraulic devices for drilling holes, and rebar centring devices, allow you to cater for the most specific customer requirements. At the same time, this machine features safety systems that comply with EC legislation, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
