PRO¹.¹
PRO1.1is a machine for the production of reinforced pipes, non-reinforced pipes, round pipes, bell pipes, box culverts, special products (extensions, rings, cones, etc.) with an internal diameter of between 200 and 1600 mm and a maximum height of 1000 mm.
This machines performs a triple production of pipes with a diameter of between 200 and 500 mm, double with pipes with a diameter of between 600 and 800 mm and single with pipes with a diameter of between 900 and 1600 mm and a maximum height of 1000 mm.
PRO1.1boasts a fully-automatic production cycle of approximately between 2 to 4 minutes depending on the diameter.
PRO²
With a fully-automatic production cycle of approximately between 3 to 6 minutes depending on diameter, PRO2 manufactures reinforced pipes, non-reinforced pipes, round pipes, bell pipes, box culverts and special products (extensions, rings, cones, etc.) with an internal diameter of between 200 and 1200 mm and a maximum height of 2500 mm.
The machine can reach a double production of pipes with a diameter of between 200 and 600 mm and a single production of pipes with a diameter of between 700 and 1200 mm and a maximum height of 2500 mm.
PRO³
This machine produces reinforced pipes, non-reinforced pipes, round pipes, bell pipes, box culverts and special products (extensions, rings, cones, etc.) with an internal diameter of between 300 and 1600 mm and a maximum height of 2500 mm.
PRO³ can perform a triple production of pipes with a diameter of between 300 and 500 mm, a double production of pipes with a diameter of between 600 and 800 mm and a single production of pipes with a diameter of between 900 and 1600 mm and a maximum height of 2500 mm.
The production cycle is fully automated and approximately between 3 to 6 depending on the diameter.
Gi.Di.Vi
Gi.Di.Vi. manufactures reinforced pipes, non-reinforced pipes, round pipes, moulded concrete pipes, wells, lifting pipes and special products (extensions, rings, cones and many more) also with an internal PVC coating with a maximum ND of 3500 mm and a maximum length of 2500 mm.
This machine features a semi-automatic production cycle. To be more specific, curing and formwork removal are performed using an operator-controlled overhead crane; however, the other phases are performed automatically under operator supervision.
The entire production cycle lasts approximately 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the product.
Manual and pouring machines
Instant stripping equipment is used to produce pipes and wet cast equipment for the production of pipes, rings, cones, etc.
In particular, all openable surfaces in contact with one another are processed using a machine tool to guarantee a perfect seal and the creation of products without imperfections.
Both manual and pouring equipment can feature hydraulic devices implemented according to specific client requirements such as lifting holes, holes for the laying of steps, lifting hooks, etc.
