Featuring a single or double workstation, Gi.Di.Vi is available  in several models, including: Gi.Di.Vi. 2500 for the production of pipes with a maximum diameter of 2500 mm and box culverts with maximum internal dimensions of 2500 mm x 2000 mm, and Gi.Di.Vi. 3500 for pipes with a maximum diameter of 3500 mm and box culverts with maximum internal dimensions of 3500 mm x 3000 mm. We also build machines for manufacturing larger products.

This machine features a semi-automatic production cycle, with transportation to the curing area and formwork removal carried out using an operator-controlled overhead crane. All the other phases of the cycle are performed automatically under operator supervision.

The entire production cycle takes approximately 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the product. What’s more, this machine is designed to ensure utmost versatility and convenience, with a vibrating column and vibrating units featuring a centrifugal force regulation system and hydraulic clamps at the core, which does not need to be removed for tool changes.

Also, the concrete taken from the hopper is transported to the pivot-belt conveyor to ensure gradual and constant feeding directly into the product mould.

Both the hydraulic and electric systems are built using components from leading brands. The machine is supplied complete with guards and safety devices in compliance with EC regulations.
