Cement and aggregate dosing systems

We design and build customised concrete batching plants according to specific customer requirements. Our solutions have always been a byword for sturdiness and reliability, thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies.

Aggregates are stored in hoppers equipped with appropriate extraction systems.

A conveyor-hopper system suspended on loading cells or a sliding weighing hopper are used for weight dosing. Cements, on the other hand, are stored in metal silos equipped with surveillance and safety systems as well as an abatement system for the dust during the loading phases. Extraction is carried out using cement screws, while the weight dosing operation is performed using skips suspended on loading cells.

Our cement and aggregate dosing systems are complete and flexible solutions for a top-quality end product. With this in mind, the electrical control system is built with components from leading brands and Siemens PLCs. The management software is customised for each individual system.
