The rotation way of the mixing group is opposite to rotation way of the basin. This is allowing a perfect mixing of all different components, obtaining a top quality and homogeneous concrete, moreover with very short mixing times.

All wearing parts of mixers C.I. in touch with concrete as well as the electric power are reduced to the minimum.

According to the mixer type, there are 1,2 or 3 mixing groups while fixed blades convey concrete from the basin wall to the mixing groups.

Humidity detection in the mixer is very reliable in fact the basin rotation brings the whle quantity of concrete in touch with the probe.

Water detection and introduction in the mixing can be done by suitable devices, made by our company or bought on the market, however assuring a precise dosage.

Hydraulic and electric plant made with top quality brand

Aggregates introduced in the mixer by a loading skip or other means, do not get in touch directly with the mixing groups, therefore cleaning operations and maintenance will be easier.

Mixing groups convey the concrete in the middle of the basin where there is a door hydraulically run. On bigger mixers there is also a movable blade, hydraulically run, speeding discharge through the door.
